First Instalment Fee : 100 % of Caution Deposit, Re-imbursable advance, Uniform fee and 70 % of Boarding & Tuition Fee to be paid at the time of admission. Second Instalment fee to be paid in December is 30 % of Boarding and Tuition fee only.

* Total per Annum column includes tuition and Boarding Fees, Uniform Fees (including blazer for classes VI to XII in the case of Coonoor and Kodaikanal), Caution Deposit and an Advance, which is adjustable against recoveries.

* Per Annum fees may be paid in full or in two instalments - the first in June and the second in mid December of each year. All payments must be made only to the school office against a receipt for the same. No fees should be paid to any other person/agent and the school cannot be held responsible/accountable for any such payment.

* Tuition & Boarding Fees implies - fees which include use of computer laboratory, science laboratories, multi - media teaching, exam fees, school playground facilities, dormitory accommodation, all meals, hot water, filtered drinking water, health insurance and in house medical attention.

* Educational Tours, Treks, Picnics or Games like Tennis & Golf and classes in Dance, Music & Painting When organized, will be charged on actual basis and only after parental consent.

* Uniform Fee is included in the total fee per annum. The following would be supplied as Uniform: Trousers/Skirts, Shirts, Sweaters, School Ties, House T-Shirts, Shorts, Blazers and Tracksuits. (Sweaters, Blazers, School Ties and Track Suits are not issued at Athur)

* Advance (adjustable against recoveries) is intended to cover costs towards textbooks, notebooks, stationery and mattress and other debits.

* Default in Payment of Fees (in June/December each year) can result in suspension from school. If the outstanding persists the student can be expelled or withheld from participation in school activities. In all such matters the decision of the Principal is final.
